Hydration Station 💧
We’ve got filtered water ready for you! Help us reduce waste by bringing a reusable water bottle instead of single-use plastic.

Coffee or Tea Crew? ☕
We love a good caffeine moment—but please pour your drink into a reusable flask. Paper cups can spill easily, and we like to keep our space clean and safe.

Open Play Reservations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance for a credit to be issued.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

  • Credits may be used for future open play sessions within 30 days of the original booking.

Classes & Enrichment Programs (including camps)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start date for a full credit or refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days are eligible for a credit only, not a refund.

  • Once a program or camp begins, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed days or early withdrawal.

  • We do not offer make-up classes for missed days unless we cancel the class.

Birthday Parties

🗓️ Booking & Deposit & Gratuity

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to secure your event date and time.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

  • Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are only secured once the deposit is received.

  • A 16% gratuity will automatically be added to the total for our team.

  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Zelle or ACH transfer.

🔁 Changes to Your Booking

  • You may reschedule your party one time with no penalty if the request is made at least 14 days in advance.

  • Changes made less than 14 days before the scheduled party may incur a $150 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

  • Theme changes, guest count adjustments, or add-ons must be finalized no later than 14 days before the event.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before your party date, any additional payments made (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.

  • If you cancel within 14 days, the full amount paid is non-refundable, but we’ll offer one-time rescheduling within 14 days based on availability.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the party date are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling due to the birthday child’s illness requires a medical note and will be eligible for rescheduling only — not for cancellation or refund.

📋 Waiver

  • Each guest must sign the waiver in order to enter Jetsetter Kids Club.

  • Please provide us with all guests’ emails less than 14 days before the party so we can send them a reminder with the link ahead of time.

  • We will also provide a QR code for you to share.

👥 Guest Count & Limits

  • Each party package includes a set number of children and adults. See package details for limits.

  • Additional guests must be added and paid for in advance.

  • We may not be able to accommodate last-minute additions due to space and staffing.

  • Maximum guest limits are strictly enforced for safety and comfort.

🎈 Decorations & Food Policies

  • Jetsetter provides themed tableware, pizza, cupcakes, and juice for kids based on your selected package.

  • Outside food and drink are not permitted for children unless arranged in advance for allergy or religious reasons.

  • Adult food packages are available for an additional charge. No outside catering for adults, please.

  • You may bring your own cake.

  • Custom décor and balloon arches must be coordinated with our team in advance.

  • No confetti, glitter, or wall attachments with tape/push pins are allowed.

👟 Play & Safety Rules

  • Socks are required for all children and adults in the play areas.

  • No shoes allowed inside the play space.

  • Adult supervision is required in all play areas.

  • Our staff will assist but are not responsible for individual child supervision.

  • Any behavior that puts children at risk or damages the facility may result in immediate termination of the party without refund.

  • Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Any damage to the facility or equipment will be charged to the client.

  • Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by Jetsetter Kids Club staff.

📷 Photography

  • Please take photos and videos during your party and share with your friends.

  • Jetsetter may take candid photos of the event for promotional purposes.
