We encourage you to book in advance to secure your child’s spot.
All children must be registered with the entry fee paid in full and a signed waiver completed prior to play.
Please check our live schedule for open play session times, as space is limited and may fill up quickly.
Sessions may be unavailable due to holidays, private parties or special events so be sure to confirm availability before visiting!
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled session to receive an open-play credit added to your account. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour of the session are not eligible for credit. Credits are valid for up to 90 days.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO VISITING!
Grip socks are required for all children entering the open play area. Adults may wear socks.
Please bring your own grip socks or purchase a pair at the front desk.
Please note that due to weight limits of the play structures, adults are not permitted to climb the structures in the main playspace which includes, the beehive, the second level of the pretend play structures, the spaceships, rope structures and tube slides. We encourage parents and caregivers to support their children but please ask one of our team members for assistance if needed. These play structures are designed for children that are 2 and older who are ready for independent exploration.
Jetsetter Kids Club is a recreational play facility and does not provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical services. Participation in all play areas is at the discretion of the parent or guardian. All climbing and elevated structures are designed for children weighing 100 pounds or less. Due to the nature of our equipment and facility layout, Jetsetter Kids Club cannot accommodate all disabilities or medical conditions. Booking low capacity times may be more appropriate for those with sensory challenges.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals cannot be credited or rolled into a subsequent open play session, as each session has its own capacity and timing.
Parent swaps are not permitted.
If your child is 2 and under we recommend The Little Explorers Room, a soft play room designed specifically for the little ones.
Jetsetter Kids Club is a respectful, family-friendly environment. Guests who do not follow facility rules or who behave in a rude, disruptive, or unsafe manner toward staff or other patrons may be asked to leave without refund or credit.
For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, birthday celebrations may only be hosted through a booked party package with Jetsetter Kids Club.
Birthday gatherings, cakes, gifts, or decorations are not permitted in our main play space during Open Play.
