What ages can visit Jetsetter Kids Club?

Our play space is designed for children from infants up to age 14. We offer tiered pricing for infants, active play zones for toddlers and school-aged children, and immersive pretend-play areas suitable for a wide range of developmental stages.

Do I need to book open play in advance?

Yes. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we recommend booking open play sessions online in advance. Sessions are one hour long and often fill quickly, especially on weekends and school holidays.

Are grip socks required?

Yes — grip socks are required for all guests, including adults. This is for safety, cleanliness, and traction on our play equipment. If you forget to bring them, we have socks available for purchase at check-in.

Can adults go inside the play structures?

Adults are welcome to accompany and assist their children as needed in most areas. However, some climbing structures are designed specifically for kids and adult entry may be restricted for safety reasons.

Do you offer birthday party packages?

Yes! We offer multiple birthday party package options, including Mini Trailblazers, Junior Navigators, Future Innovators, and VIP Custom Packages. Each includes private party room use, play session time, and dedicated hosts. Add-ons such as theme enhancements, balloon garlands and catering are available.

Absolutely! We accommodate private play sessions, school outings, fundraisers, corporate family events, and more. Please contact us directly for custom pricing and availability.

Is the space sensory-friendly?

Do parents need to stay during open play?

Yes, for Open Play, a parent or guardian (18+) must remain on-site and supervise at least one child at all times.

Where are you located?
