We've designed our party process to be simple, transparent, and stress-free.

All birthday parties are booked through our online booking platform. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help guide you through the booking process. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

Our play space is designed for children up to 10 years of age.

All weekend birthday parties include exclusive use of the main play space during your scheduled party time. Our Mini Trailblazers Weekday Party is held during scheduled open play sessions.

Each party package includes a set number of children and adults. Additional children and adults are welcome and may be added for $25 per child and $10 per adult. Please note that all parties must remain within the maximum capacity limits of each party room.

Yes! Add-ons such as balloon arches, themed décor, or additional food can be added prior to your event, subject to availability. All add-ons must be paid for before the party.

You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake, cupcakes, and party favors. We offer an extensive catering menu, so outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for guests with special dietary needs. Any outside food for dietary accommodations must be approved in advance.
All decorations must also be pre-approved and may not include confetti, glitter, tape or nails on walls, or open flames.

Yes. We offer a thoughtfully curated CATERING MENU with options for both children and adults. Catering selections must be finalized in advance of your event. Outside food is not permitted, with the exception of cake or cupcakes.
