FINE PRINT / POLICIES

  • Membership access is subject to session availability and capacity limits. Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for
    registered children. All children must meet posted age, height, and weight requirements for play areas.

    All Jetsetter Kids Club memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment from the start date. Memberships are billed
    monthly in advance. After the initial 3-month commitment, memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Buddy passes are valid for open play only and do not roll over month to month.

  • Members may pause their membership once per year for up to 30 days for vacation or illness. Cancellation becomes effective
    at the end of the next billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused visits, perks, or time.

    Jetsetter Kids Club reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or benefits with reasonable notice. Any price increase
    policy details will be communicated prior to any changes.
