ADMISSION & WAIVERS

• All guests, including non-participating adults, must have a completed waiver on file prior to entering the facility.
• Admission is subject to capacity limits and availability.
• Entry may be denied to any guest who fails to comply with facility policies.

SUPERVISION

• Children must be supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible caregiver at all times.
• Children may not be left unattended anywhere within the facility.
• Parent or caregiver substitutions ("parent swaps") are not permitted during a visit.
• A supervising adult must remain on-site for the duration of the visit.

PLAY RULES & SAFETY

• All guests must follow posted rules, safety signage, and staff instructions.
• Grip socks are required for all children. Adults must wear socks at all times. Bare feet and shoes are not permitted in the play areas.
• Certain attractions have age, height, and weight restrictions which must be observed at all times.
• Climbing structures, elevated play areas, and related equipment are intended for children weighing 100 pounds or less unless otherwise posted.
• Adults are not permitted on climbing structures, slides, elevated play features, rope courses, tube slides, or upper-level play areas unless specifically directed by staff.
• Unsafe behavior, including rough play, bullying, misuse of equipment, throwing objects, or disruptive conduct, may result in removal without refund.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

• Guests who are sick or exhibiting symptoms of illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious conditions, should not enter the facility.
• Guests participate at their own risk.
• Jetsetter Kids Club is a recreational play facility and does not provide medical, therapeutic, behavioral, educational, or clinical services.
• Due to the nature of the facility and equipment, Jetsetter Kids Club may not be able to accommodate all disabilities, medical conditions, or support needs.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

• Outside food, snacks, candy, gum, and beverages are prohibited unless specifically authorized by management.
• Refillable water bottles are permitted.
• Guests with food allergies are responsible for managing their own dietary restrictions and exposures.

PROPERTY & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Shoes must be stored in designated cubbies.
• Strollers must be parked in designated stroller areas.
• Jetsetter Kids Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

FACILITY OPERATIONS

• Attractions, play features, rooms, activities, or portions of the facility may be modified, restricted, or closed at any time due to maintenance, cleaning, repairs, staffing, private events, safety concerns, or operational needs.
• Operating hours, pricing, products, memberships, and policies may be modified without prior notice.
• Admission does not guarantee access to every attraction or area at all times.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

• Jetsetter Kids Club may photograph or record activities within the facility for marketing, promotional, training, or operational purposes.
• Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify management in writing.
• Commercial photography, filming, or social media content creation for business purposes requires prior written approval.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

• Jetsetter Kids Club reserves the right to refuse admission, remove guests, suspend memberships, or cancel reservations for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or policy-violating behavior without refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• By entering the facility, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with active play environments, including the risk of injury.
• Guests agree to comply with all rules and staff instructions and assume responsibility for their participation and supervision of minor children.
• Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

SUMMER PROGRAM

The following terms apply specifically to participation in the Jetsetter Kids Club Summer Program and supplement our general Terms & Conditions and Waiver:

Registration and Enrollment

  • Summer Program enrollment is available by the week only.

  • Daily registration, prorated tuition, or partial-week enrollment is not available unless specifically offered by Jetsetter Kids Club.

  • Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

Program Hours

  • The Summer Program operates Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

  • Please arrive a few minutes early for check-in.

  • Children should be picked up promptly at the scheduled end of the program.

  • Repeated late pick-ups may result in additional fees.

Eligibility

  • The Summer Program is designed for children ages 5–10.

  • Children should be able to participate safely in a group setting and follow basic instructions from staff.

  • Jetsetter Kids Club reserves the right to determine whether the program is an appropriate fit for each child.

Drop-Off Program

  • This is a drop-off program. Parents or guardians are responsible for signing children in and out each day.

  • Only authorized individuals listed on the registration form may pick up a child unless prior written authorization is provided.

What To Bring

Each child should bring:

  • Grip socks (required)

  • A refillable water bottle

  • One nut-free snack

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for active play and STEAM activities

Jetsetter Kids Club is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings.

Food and Allergies

  • Please bring nut-free snacks.

  • Families are responsible for informing Jetsetter Kids Club of any allergies or medical conditions before the child's first day.

  • While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free facility.

Activities

The Summer Program includes a combination of:

  • STEAM-based learning

  • Hands-on projects

  • Creative challenges

  • Guided games

  • Guided Open Play

Daily activities may change without notice based on attendance, staffing, weather, equipment availability, or operational needs.

Health and Wellness

Children should not attend if they have:

  • Fever

  • Vomiting

  • Diarrhea

  • A contagious illness

  • Any condition that may place other participants at risk

Jetsetter Kids Club reserves the right to refuse attendance or request immediate pick-up if a child becomes ill during the program.

Behaviour Expectations

Children are expected to:

  • Follow staff instructions

  • Treat others respectfully

  • Use equipment safely

  • Participate appropriately in group activities

Unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or repeatedly inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Summer Program registrations are non-refundable once the program week begins.

  • Cancellation requests submitted before the start of the registered week will be handled in accordance with Jetsetter Kids Club's cancellation policy.

  • Missed days due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up days unless required by applicable law.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Summer Program includes active play, physical movement, and STEAM activities. Parents acknowledge these inherent risks and agree that participation is subject to the Jetsetter Kids Club Waiver and Release of Liability.

GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
