Grip socks are required for all children entering the play areas. Adults may wear grip socks or regular socks. Shoes and bare feet are not permitted in the play space. Grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.

Each open play admission for children ages 1 and older includes one adult. Children must be actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Adults are not permitted on climbing structures, second levels of pretend play areas, or play equipment. Additional adults may attend as space allows and require an additional adult pass.

Our play structures and equipment are designed for children ages 1 and up and under 100 lbs. For safety and weight-limit reasons, adults are not permitted on play structures or on the second level of the pretend play zones. Staff may redirect participants as needed to help maintain a safe play environment. We also offer a dedicated soft play room designed especially for younger children.

Jetsetter Kids Club is an indoor play space, not a medical or therapeutic facility. While we strive to create a welcoming environment, we may not be able to accommodate all physical, sensory, or developmental needs. We encourage families with specific concerns to contact us in advance so we can help determine if open play is the right fit.

Open play is offered in structured play sessions. Guests may enter at the scheduled session start time. Late arrivals are welcome; however, sessions end at their scheduled time and cannot be extended or credited into the next session.

Open play admissions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, credits may be issued at our discretion when cancellation is made in advance. No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Jetsetter Kids Club reserves the right to ask any child or adult to leave if rules are not followed or behavior is disruptive or unsafe. In these cases, refunds or credits will not be issued.

Birthday cakes, cupcakes, gifts, decorations, balloons, party favors, and other celebratory items are not permitted during open play sessions. Families are welcome to register friends for a group open play visit; however, open play may not be used as a substitute for a hosted birthday party. Food and beverages are also not allowed in the play space. For celebrations, we invite families to explore our birthday party packages, which include dedicated space and party hosts.
