Jetsetter Kids Club is designed for children from infancy through approximately age 10. Our space includes active play areas, climbing features, pretend play zones, and a dedicated soft play room designed especially for infants and toddlers.

Each open play session is 90 minutes. Extended play options may also be available depending on capacity and scheduling.

Advance booking is strongly recommended, especially on weekends, holidays, and school breaks, as sessions frequently sell out.

Grip socks for children. Socks for adults. A refillable water bottle with a secure lid. If needed, grip socks are available for purchase at check-in. Grip socks are required for all children for safety and cleanliness. Adults must also wear socks while inside the facility. Shoes and bare feet are not permitted in the play areas.

Yes. A parent or guardian (18+) must remain on-site and supervise their child at all times during open play sessions.

Adults may assist younger children in certain areas as needed. However, climbing structures, elevated play features, and second-level play areas are designed specifically for children 100 lbs and under, and adult access is restricted in those areas for safety reasons.

Please notify a Jetsetter Kids Club team member immediately if an injury, accident, or concern occurs during your visit so our staff can assist promptly.

Children must remain supervised at all times. Rough play, bullying, unsafe climbing, or jumping from equipment is not permitted. Play structures are intended for children 100 lbs and under. Shoes and bare feet are prohibited in play areas. Guests are asked to help keep the facility tidy by disposing of trash and returning toys after use. Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who does not follow facility policies or safety guidelines.

Food and beverages are not permitted inside the play areas. Guests may enjoy snacks and drinks in the reception area only. Refillable water bottles with lids are welcome.

All guests must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Please complete your waiver before entering the facility. One adult is included per child admission. Additional adults must register and pay the applicable admission fee. Car seats are permitted Strollers must remain outside the play area in designated stroller parking areas.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals cannot be extended or transferred into another session, as each session operates on a fixed schedule and capacity limit.

Cancellations made at least 1 hour before your scheduled session will receive account credit for a future visit. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit.

Yes. We maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility, including daily sanitization procedures, non-toxic cleaning products, and cleaning between open play sessions.

We offer a dedicated soft play room featuring padded flooring and calming pastel tones that may be suitable for children with sensory sensitivities. We also recommend quieter, off- peak sessions for families seeking a lower-stimulation environment.

Jetsetter Kids Club is an active indoor recreational play space designed for physical and imaginative play. While we value inclusion and welcome many families with varying needs, our
facility is not a medical, therapeutic, or one-on-one support environment. Certain play features require active, independent participation. Our soft play area may be a more comfortable option for some children, and quieter sessions are often recommended for children with sensory sensitivities. Families are encouraged to contact us prior to visiting so we can help determine the best fit and recommended session times.
